Tutors meet with their pupils at the end of each day. They monitor the Travelling Log that accompanies the class and can immediately identify pupils who have not completed homework or have misbehaved. Small group tutorials take place each day so that the tutor can go through exercise books, look at and sign diaries and listen to pupils’ concerns.

All areas on the ground floor are accessible by wheelchairs and the Sports Centre has a lift so it is fully accessible to wheelchair users. There are disabled toilet facilities in all areas of the school building. The main three story building has no disabled access to the first and second floors. The timetable would be amended to facilitate a wheelchair user.
