At Featherstone High School we offer a far reaching programme of Enrichment activities. These range from global trips to looking after the chickens in the school garden. Information is to be found on the weekly enrichment timetables which are updated on a termly basis Students are also made aware of the opportunities available to them through our annual Enrichment Fayres. We are also heavily involved in multiple national projects such as BBC News report, and the young Magistrates Competition. Our students show their passion for community and charity work in the numerous fund raising initiatives they organise such as collections for breast cancer charities and Christmas hamper donations for the elderly of Southall.
With our passion and interest in Sports and Science, many of our projects involve these two areas. Our house system creates opportunities for internal competition and vertical friendships and peer mentoring opportunities.
Our Curriculum weeks in the summer are when we collapse our timetable and organise a vibrant programme of trips, external speakers, visiting artists and workshops to support the formal and informal curriculum.
