To apply for free school meals, parents must have one or more children aged four and over attending a local authority maintained school in Ealing; and be receiving child benefit for the child/children and one or more of the following:

• Income Support
• Income based Jobseekers Allowance
• Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
• Child Tax Credit (if not eligible for Working Tax Credit and have a yearly household income below £16,190)
• Guaranteed element of Pension Credit
• Support under part VI of the immigration and asylum Act 1999
• Universal Credit (household yearly net income must be below £7,400 after tax)

Once again, if you think you are eligible, whether you want the free school meal or not, we ask you please to check you are registered as soon as possible.

Our cashless system works really well, with pupils topping up on a regular basis, which in turn enables us to deliver a more efficient, faster service and to continue to provide wholesome, healthy and enjoyable meals at the lowest cost.

We have become a cashless catering school in light of the current pandemic, as previously advised. Please make all payments online using your parentpay login. Please email parentpay@featherstonehigh.ealing.sch.uk if you need a reminder of your login details. We can also issue you with a barcode to pay at a local PayPoint newsagent if you dont have access to Internet.

Parents – Do You Want to Know what your Child is Eating Every Day?

Just email your child’s name to the email address below with the dates you wish to know about, and we can pull a report off the system with every purchase made with their card.

If you like to access Ealing Food Bank we can issue you with a voucher. Please email info@featherstonehigh.ealing.sch.uk with Food Bank request in the subject box. Please provide us with details of your son/daughters name and tutor group. We will then provide you with details on how to access support.
